Në datën 30 Tetor 2020, Ministria e Shëndetësisë dhe Mbrojtjes Sociale, Shoqata “Gender Paqe e Siguri” dhe Koalicioni “Gratë Paqe Siguri”, me mbështetjen e Ambasadës së Mbretërisë së Vendeve të Ulta, UN WOMEN, OSBE në kuadrin e 20 vjetorit të Rezolutës 1325, realizuan aktivitetin mbi gjetjet e Raportit të Monitorimit të Planit Ndërinstitucional të Veprimit për Zbatimin e Rezolutës 1325 të Këshillit të Sigurimit të OKB-së “Gruaja, Paqja, Siguria.”

 Të gjithë pjesëmarrësit ranë dakord se Axhenda Gruaja, Paqja Siguria qendron në themel të politikave të vendit dhe theksuan se do të vijohet me angazhimin e realizimit të një plani të ri veprimi në këtë drejtim. Pandemia e Covid19 ka treguar se gratë janë përballur më së shumti me kërcënime për sigurinë e tyre, kanë humbur punën dhe dhuna ndaj tyre ka pësuar rritje. Të tilla situata janë alarmuese dhe kërkojnë vëmendjen e kushtuar të politikës dhe gjithë shoqërisë. Shoqëria civile vijon të jetë e brishtë në mundësitë që ka për të mbështetur të tilla ngjarje dhe për nxitjen e pjesëmarrjes më të madhe të grave e vajzave në sektorët e sigurisë.

ACTIVITY ON THE FINDINGS OF THE MONITORING REPORT

On October 30, 2020, the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, the Association "Gender Peace and Security" and the Coalition "Women Peace and Security", with the support of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, UN WOMEN, OSCE in the framework of the 20th anniversary of the Resolution 1325, carried out the activity on the findings of the Monitoring Report of the Inter-Institutional Action Plan for the Implementation of UN Security Council Resolution 1325 "Women, Peace, Security."

All participants agreed that the Agenda for Women, Peace and Security is at the core of the country's policies and stressed that the implementation of a new action plan in this regard will continue. The Covid19 pandemic has shown that women have mostly faced threats to their safety, lost their jobs and violence against them has increased. Such situations are alarming and require the undivided attention to politics and society as a whole. Civil society continues to be fragile in its ability to support such events and to encourage greater participation of women and girls in the security sectors.
