On September 26, 2019, the Association of Women for Peace and Security organized the Inter-Institutional Group meeting to discuss the preliminary draft of the monitoring report of the National Action Plan. The activity developed in the framework of Project “Resolution 1325, Women Rights from Concept to Albanian Reality, is financially supported by UN Women and the Fund for Gender Equality. The Monitoring Report comes as a joint product of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection as well as the Civil Society, which have jointly monitored the work of public institutions during the period June-September 2019, regarding the National Action Plan adopted by VKM no. 524, dated 11.09.2018 "On the adoption of the action plan for the implementation of United Nations Security Council Resolution 1325," On peace and security, 2018-2020 ".

During the presentation of the findings of this report by the expert Eralda Çani, the recommendations for the progress of implementation in our country of the National Action Plan were discussed by the Head of Social Policy of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection Mrs. Merita Xhafaj, UN Women Representative Estela Bulku and the Executive Director of the Association "Women, Security, Peace" Bajana Çeveli.
