REQUEST FOR OFFER

For Service Providers Engaging for Experts “Drafting database of all service providers and key stakeholders”

1. The association has a need to hire experts to “Drafting database of all service providers and key stakeholders” for the needs of the project: "Eco tourism 4 all".

2. The call is for selected suppliers that meet specific criteria necessary to fulfill the requirements of the service procurement.

4. The evaluation will be carried out under reference number 2 and 3 and in accordance with Project Implementation.

5. A detailed description of the services requested, are stated in the Terms of Reference.

6. The procurement procedure will be done the Association for women with social problems.

7. Selected experts should submit the following documentation:

•  CV of expert/s
• Financial offer;

8. The deadline for submission of offers is 18/11/2019, at 17.00 hrs at the latest.

9. The selection of the supplier will be done of evaluation best and financial offer.

10. The tender by whose will have the favorable offer will be selected as the most favorable offer will be selected as the service provider.

The selected expert will be notified by the project manager for signing of the contract.
